
As a life coach my style is warm, steady and encouraging - but also goal driven. Although I use a solution focussed therapy type model, the sessions are not to be confused with counselling.
I believe that change happens when we build on your strengths, focus on what is working, and set clear achieveable steps towards the future you want.

In our sessions, I will help you define your goals, uncover what is already moving you forward and keep you motivated along the way. My role is to support you in making progress, overcoming obstacles, and creating lasting positive change.
Together we will focus on possibilites, solutions and practical steps so you can move confidently towards the life you want.
